Something very strange hung in the sky over Sydney

The mysterious object was filmed the other day in Sydney, Australia. It looks like a can of dark paint exploded low above the ground and then it all froze in the air.

The object is not completely motionless, you can see in the video that it seems to “flow” a little bit, but it does not fall down, does not rise and does not move to the sides.

In the social networks, many joke about the Dementor (a character from “Harry Potter”) or the alien “invader slime”.

More serious commentators believe that this is either video editing or a very unusual natural or man-made phenomenon.

There is a theory that this is some kind of rare storm cloud or the remnant of a small tornado.
