This bizarre footage was recorded on June 16, 2019. The place was in Salt Lake City, Utah, where it happened.
In the video we can see how humanoid figure materializes then turns at a very odd angle before walking hunched over and looking at/for something then evaporates once it’s passing the tree.
It’s simple to put this down to bad camera lighting and/or bad picture quality, but everything in the video is clear without distortion.
Is it some kind of malfunction of a surveillance camera or something supernatural?
