The U.S. President indicated in a latest interview for ABC News that he does not believe in UFOs ‘particularly’, reports USA Today.
Speaking to George Stephanopoulos on a wide range of subjects, Trump was questioned about US Navy pilots ‘ latest reports of UFO sightings and what he was thinking about it.
“I want them to think whatever they think,” Trump replied, before adding that he had “one really brief meeting on it.”
“People are saying they’re seeing UFOs. Do I believe it? Not particularly.”
Then Stephanopoulos asked if Trump knows if the United States has any definitive evidence of aliens, but the president doesn’t seem to want to directly answer the question.
“I think our great pilots would know and some of them really see things that are a little bit different than in the past, so we’re gonna see, but we’ll watch it,” Trump said.
He continued by stating that if something came up, Stephanopoulos would be “the first to know”
