Ghost or Prank? Video Shows Riderless Bike Moving Across Street

A video from England shows a bicycle without a rider moving across a street and some people wonder if it was caused by a ghost, but others doubt that the event was supernatural, reports coasttocoastam.com.

The video was recorded last week by a security camera on a medieval road in the city of York called the Shambles which is now a busy marketplace.

In the video (see below), the empty bike comes out of a side street and crosses a cobblestone road until it hits a curb, which makes it fall to the ground. The video has received different reactions from the viewers.

Some viewers think that a ghost was behind the bicycle’s movement because York is known as one of the most haunted places in England. They mention an infamous ghost called the ‘lost boy,’ who has been seen in the city many times.

But other viewers are more skeptical and think that the bike could have been pushed by a person who wanted to create a fake ‘ghostly’ scene. They point out that the bike appears from a street that is not visible in the camera.

The video has not been verified or explained by any official source, so it remains a mystery whether the bicycle was moved by a ghost or a prankster. What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
